Vans' New Zahba Silhouette Releases in "Vans Family"-Exclusive Colorway
Limited to members of Vans’ free-to-join “Vans Family” program and select retail stores.
After introducing their new Zahba silhouette via a collaboration with Alltimers in January, Vans has brought it back once again for a special “Vans Family” release. Limited to members of Vans’ free-to-join “Vans Family” loyalty program and select Vans retail stores, this grayscale colorway is inspired by skate plazas — which often serve as de facto community centers for skaters.
The Zahba offers a fresh-yet-familiar look that’s equal parts modern skate shoe and slimmed-down ’90s classic. Here, it’s presented in a mixture of grey tones, from light grey suede toeboxes to dark grey suede overlays that sit below the collar. Hits of white and black complete the assemblage, making for a not-too-gritty greyscale look. From a tech standpoint, the Zahba boasts a sustainable build that qualifies for Vans’ VR3 designation, meaning it’s made of at least 30% recycled materials. These recycled materials are most notable on the Zahba’s drop-in VR3 Cush midsole, while other features include ImpactWaffle technology for impact protection and Vans Skateboarding’s familiar SickStick rubber for top-tier grip and durability.
The Vans Zahba “Vans Family” is available now via the brand’s webstore and the Vans retail stores listed below.
