Nike Gives Its Modified Blazer Low a "Smoke Grey" Makeover
Complemented with a patchwork-like look all over the upper.
Nike has just presented an all-new iteration of its Blazer Low and this time, the sneaker has been given a “Smoke Grey” makeover.
Over recent times, the Nike Blazer has shown similarities to the Swoosh’s Air Force 1; not because of its shape and stature, but because it has been deemed as one of the most minimalistic styles of Nike’s footwear mainline, this means it’s always open to fresh ideas, new interpretations, and rouge experimentation. This has been seen most recently in the Nike Blazer “Sun Club,” a sneaker design with tumbled leather uppers, complemented with side Swooshes that are crafted with a shark fin graphic and transparent mesh lining.
Now, Nike’s latest version of the versatile sneaker has joined the Blazer family with a “Light Smoke Grey” and “Sail-Photon Dust” color scheme. Additionally, the sneaker has had its outer body modified, bringing a more revitalized feel to the shoe. For example, the shoe has been complemented with a patchwork-like look all over the upper in various materials including leather, suede, and mesh.
Furthermore, the design welcomes jumbo Swooshes on the side panels and exposed foam tongues, while extra customary Nike branding can be spotted on the tongues, heels, and insoles. Rounding things off, a full “Sail” rubber sole unit lays the foundations.
You can take a closer look at the Nike Blazer Low “Smoke Grey” above and it will be available on the official Nike website and with select retailers from March 18 for $100 USD.
