A Kind of Guise Heads to Jordan for Its Striking SS23 Campaign
Featuring in-house developed fabric designs, hand-crocheted hats, and knitwear.
A Kind of Guise (AKOG) has now presented its brand-new collection for Spring/Summer 2023, and the label has taken to the lands of Jordan for a breathtaking campaign that unveils a new selection of knitwear, T-shirts, and a number of free-flowing and breathable silhouettes.
While AKOG is unveiling new collections regularly, the label uses it as an opportunity to explore the world and connect with different cultures. For example, over the last decade, the brand has touched down in places such as Indonesia, Georgia, the Himalayas, and Ghana – and this lust for exploration and experimentation has been encapsulated perfectly in the new Jordan-based SS23 collection.
The release starts with an assemblage of lightweight linen, while in-house developed fabric designs, hand-crocheted hats, and knitwear are complemented by vibrant hues of green, beige, pink, and white. Meanwhile, a new Padded Jacket incorporates technical elements, including a water-repellent fabric and organic cotton lining.
Additionally, the collection offers a series of free-flowing button-up shirts that boast a slew of impressive prints, while other linen-made designs come with more understated tones, crafted with solid blocks of blue and white. As for accessories, AKOG offers new cotton bandanas with desert-inspired prints, along with a new cap and bucket hat, all of which are made from thick and durable cotton yarn.
You can take a closer look at the new campaign from AKOG above and it will be available to shop via the brand’s official website from February 26.
