Universal Studios Japan Launches 'Spy x Family' Attraction
Set to run until July 2.
After bringing in Pokémon, HUNTER x HUNTER, and JUJUTSU KAISEN attractions over the last two years, Universal Studios Japan now launches a number of activations at the park in collaboration with the popular anime Spy x Family.
Universal’s Spy x Family attraction is said to include a number of puzzle experiences as well as a live show featuring all three members of the Forger family — the undercover spy Loid, secret assassin Yor, and telepathic elementary-schooler Anya. Participants are enlisted into the fictional Westalian Intelligence department and prompted to accomplish various tasks around the park. Those who solve all the puzzles are invited to the live show.
Other activations at the park include a number of themed menu items including beef stew, churros, steamed buns shaped like Anya’s plush toy, strawberry milk, and non-alcoholic cocktails. Exclusive merchandise will also be available including Eden Academy uniforms, Chimera pencil cases, and character-printed masking tape.
The Spy x Family installation will run alongside Detective Conan and Monster Hunter VR attractions until July 2.
