Wiz Khalifa Drops Off Third Mixtape of 2023, ‘Decisions’
Following February’s ‘Star Power’ and June’s ‘See Ya.’
After announcing the forthcoming mixtape at the beginning of the week, Wiz Khalifa has returned with Decisions just days later. The rapper had initially teased the project with the Big Jerm and LNK-produced track “Up the Ladder.”
Now, he’s shared all 13 songs that make up the tape. Decisions opens with “Looking for Nipsey,” a tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle. On the song, Khalifa wraps up carrying the torch for others in the industry, a nod to how Hussle may have carried the torch for him.
Other tracks in the mix include “Freeze Turkeys,” “A New Way to Shine” and “Heavy Hitters.” Khalifa performs solo across all of them, letting nimble, clean bars take center stage.
Decisions marks his third mixtape of the year, following the 23-song tape Star Power in February and the 25-song tape See Ya in June. In between, the rapper has been leaving his stamp on the fashion industry as a model for CELINE HOMME.
