Footwear has always shown to be one of the main interests for Justin Saunders, better known by his alias, JJJJound. From ASICS to New Balance, Vans to his latest partnership with Reebok, the Montreal-based designer has created a cult-like aura around each of his sought-after items that sometimes resell for over three times its initial cost.

Following the stealth black Club C he released earlier this fall, JJJJound and Reebok reunite to reintroduce the Classic Nylon silhouette in a tonal grey colorway. According to a release, the sneaker is inspired by the “color schemes of the first computer rooms launched in the 1980’s with palettes revolving around greys, taupes and beiges.”

Staying faithful to the original, the forthcoming release will be crafted with the same materials, including a nylon, suede, and leather upper, complemented with a terrycloth lining, black nylon tongue with foam padding, atop an EVA midsole and rubber outsole.

The Reebok CL Nylon JJJJound – Grey is set to release on December 7 at 12 PM EST on JJJJound.com and December 14 on Reebok.
