Casio Unveils EDIFICE WINDFLOW Honda TYPE R Edition Watch
Complete with a white leather strap that features an Alcantara underside with red contrast stitching.
Casio has just unveiled a collaborative expansion to its EDIFICE line, with a special edition WINDFLOW produced in partnership with Honda. The EDIFICE WINDFLOW Honda Type R Edition ECB2200HTR-1A is designed to represent the synergy between high-octane performance and intricate design.
As its name would suggest, the watch is a tribute to the Honda TYPE-R, featuring co-branded design elements like Honda’s signature red “H” logo embossed on the dial, as well as Honda” and “TYPE-R” branding at the band’s clasp. Additionally, the band features a white leather finish and an Alcantara underside with red contrasting stitching, a nod to the very same found in the interior of the TYPE-R.
Technically, the watch which is displayed in a 47.6 x 48.2 x 11.9 mm case, is safeguarded by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The watch also features Casio’s Smartphone Link tech, allowing wearers to connect to the watch via Bluetooth using the CASIO Watches app — allowing for automatic time zone adjustment using the device’s geographical location.
Additional features include a solar battery, double-LED light, five daily alarms and more. The EDIFICE WINDFLOW Honda Type R Edition ECB2200HTR-1A is available now for $400 USD via Casio’s official site.
