UNDEFEATED x Vault By Vans Revive the "U-Man"
Serving up three new OG Old Skool LX colorways.
The “U-Man” print has returned! UNDEFEATED and Vault By Vans looked back through their collaborative archives for the pairing’s latest release, lifting the infamous U-Man print from their first collaboration in 2007. Used again on their 2021 collab, UNDEFEATED and Vault By Vans are giving U-Man a full-fledged return tour, stamping him on three new colorways of UNDEFEATED x Vault by Vans OG Old Skool LX.
Designed by artist Geoff McFetridge, the U-Man has grown into a has become a significant, instantly recognizable mascot for UNDEFEATED. Available in Dark Shadow, Blanc De Blanc and Grasshopper, the reworked OG Old Skool LX model is composed of pigskin suede and sturdy canvas. Design-wise, the sneaker sees the U-Man graphic imprinted all over the body, complete with contrasting Jazz Stripes and marshmallow midsoles with matching foxing. The tongue boasts clean cobranding, lining up the UNDEFEATED Five Strike logo with the Vans wordmark. Check out the lookbook – featuring the U-Man himself – in the gallery above.
