MSCHF and its Big Red Boot. To some, this combination evokes a quick burst of playful nostalgia. To others, instant dread. If you had an internet connection at any point in February of this year, you saw the mega viral design dominate the social media pages of anyone with a modicum of a following. Which, while fun seeing the creative uses of the shoe — including the completion of a half marathon in them — led many to grow tired of its prevalence across the net.

Naturally, MSCHF has harnessed the momentum it generated with the Big Red Boot to introduce a Crocs collaboration in yellow, a restock of the original red pair and now the reveal of an all-black version of the shoe. Aside from the color swap, no notable differences exist between it and its predecessor in red. The unique shape returns with a simple “MSCHF” hit at the outsole.

For those looking to embrace the MSCHF Big Red Boot in this all-black rendition, get ready as it is scheduled to launch on October 26 at 2pm EDT via MSCHF’s website and the MSCHF Sneakers app at a price of $350 USD.

Looking for more of the latest news from the footwear space? We’ve got you covered with another upcoming Crocs collaboration, pairing the slip-on specialists with Italian label ROA for two ultra-modern clogs.
