Japanese labels Mountain of Moods and Snow Peak are no strangers. Just over a year ago, the duo assembled a winter capsule at the base of Mt. Tanigawa and this year, the pairing reconnected to create a snow-ready capsule for Fall/Winter 2023.

Kicking off the range, two jackets serve as the hero pieces — the Graphene Puffer Jacket and the 3 Layer Graphene Jacket. The former is an insulated, waterproof layer that is designed for skiing and snowboarding with functional features such as its interior goggle pocket. As for the three-layer option, it serves as a waterproof shell that similarly supports both sports with an oversized hood designed to accommodate a helmet, powder guards at the cuffs and its own interior goggle pocket. Matching the outerwear options, the 3 Layer Graphene Bib Pants take on a similar construction to its jacket counterpart with all three of the aforementioned designs available in all-black and a gray, blue and black that emphasizes color blocking.

From there, a Hybrid Fleece Jacket and Hybrid Fleece Pullover utilizes two zips on each in gray and black color options that feature an insulated fleece throughout. Paying homage to Mt. Tanigawa, long-sleeve and short-sleeve tees have been produced with thematic graphics at the chest. Accessories start with a Cable Beanie with a patch at the brim, similar to the ear-warming Hybrid Flight Cap. Lastly, the Washi x Merino Wool Middle Sock features a Tabi styling and is backed by ribbing and a gripped bottom footpad.

Release for Mountain of Moods x Snow Peak FW23 has begun via Snow Peak with prices starting at $40 USD for the Washi x Merino Wool Middle Sock and going up to $720 USD for the 3 Layer Graphene Jacket.
