Sabato De Sarno has recently entered as Creative Director, bringing the century-old brand back to its luxurious roots. After celebrating the 70th anniversary of its Horsebit 1953 loafer with Xiao Zhan and Paul Mescal, Gucci is channeling innovation into its Horsebit 1955 bag.
Much like her previous partnerships, Eilish remasters the accessory with sustainability in mind. The classic bag is designed with asymmetrical outlines in animal-free Demetra fabrics for the first time. Demetra has gone through a two-year production process, ethically crafted by Gucci artisans in Italy.
The “Ocean Eyes” singer is captured in her natural habitat, expressing her fashion-forward personality in cinematic moments. She holds the bag in black leather and brown monogram, featuring chained straps alongside traditional Horsebit hardware.
