Japanese mainstay AURALEE and New Balance‘s TOKYO DESIGN STUDIO (TDS) are back with the second apparel drop in their 2023 partnership. The capsule follows several collaborations between the two brands, including two remastered 1906R sneakers and a apparel collection that released back in March.

Similar to the past line, AURALEE has tapped into New Balance’s archives by reimagining vintage pieces sourced from around the world, and rather than present a replica of the original, has added tasteful updates to bring the designs into the present. Standout items include the Nylon Half Zip Jacket and corresponding Track Pant, as well as the Fleece Quarter Zip Jacket and Fleece Jogger Pants.

“TDS emphasizes preserving heritage while expressing it in a modern way,” wrote a press release, “while AURALEE’s deep affection for vintage details and thorough research come together in this remastered collection. It connects athleticism and culture on an emotional level, creating a new era of sportswear.”

The latest TDS x AURALEE collection is only available in Japan at AURALEE, Dover Street Market Ginza, T-HOUSE New Balance, Kith Tokyo, and New Balance in Roppongi.
