Stüssy Whips Up Modern Wearable Sportswear for Its Pre-Spring 2023 Collection
The streetwear stalwart lines up satin LA and NY bombers, hand-dyed jackets by Lookout & Wonderland’s Niki Tsukamoto and more.
After officially unveiling its weatherproof hiking boot collaboration with Timberland, Stüssy is doubling down on its product output this week with the launch of its pre-spring 2023 apparel capsule. The streetwear stalwart keys in on staple outerwear pieces and cozy knits for its latest assemblage, all of which can be previewed in the gallery above.
Leading the way in the outerwear category is the duo of satin, button-up bomber jackets. Both are city-inspired, one of which shows SoCal love as it spells out “Los Angeles” across the front while the other is a love letter to its east coast fans as it reads “New York.” The brand’s Big Ol’ Jean and work jacket have resurfaced, and this time they have been hand-dyed by Lookout & Wonderland‘s Niki Tsukamoto in a trio of seasonally-friendly colors. In addition, a solar tench coat that color-shifts in the light tossed into the mix. Patchwork fleece vests, two-toned knit sweatshirts and desert-y camo pants are also included in the collection.
Stüssy‘s Pre-Spring 2023 is available worldwide at select chapter stores, select Dover Street Market locations, and Stüssy’s site on Friday, January 13 at 10am EDT.
