LEGO’s Innovative 2022 Ford GT Model Features a Working V6 Engine
The adult builder project launches on March 1.
LEGO has shared a fun new project for adults who also happen to be automotive enthusiasts. The 2022 Ford GT model set brings together ambitious design with one of last year’s leading supercars.
The advanced building experience challenges owners to put together 1,466 different detailed pieces. Alongside a functioning V6 engine, the GT features independent suspension on all wheels and front-axle steering.
It also can be displayed in different forms with a working spoiler wing and opening doors and hood.
The entire car measures 3.5 in (9 cm) high, 15 in (39 cm) long and 7 in (18 cm) wide. When working on the project, owners can download the LEGO Builder app to track their progress and rotate a 3D model of the GT to help piece it together.
