Hong Kong's FCW Celebrates Its Love for Coffee With a "Stained" Sneaker Exhibition
Debuting alongside a ‘DIRTY FAT JAI’ figure.
Hong Kong‘s FCW (FAT COFFEE WITH) has just announced a collaborative project and exhibition with Conjure, Unbox Industries, and entropy.edit themed on the aging process of sneakers.
As FCW’s ethos surrounding coffee and its character FAT JAI’s affinity for caffeine, the show features sneakers stained or made “DIRTY” using coffee. Capturing other aspects of storytelling and craftsmanship, the sneakers will be presented in a handcrafted box that’s created from metal and aged using ultraviolet light, paint, and hand-detailing. A limited six-inch DIRTY FAT JAI figure will also be available in conjunction with the show.
Those in Hong Kong can visit “Dirty” starting from January 8 to 14 at the Haus of Contemporary.
