Here's a First Look at the 2024 Nissan GT-R
Returning in heritage Millennium Jade and Midnight paint colors.
Nissan has officially revealed its 2024 GT-R lineup, showcasing a new facelift and rear designs which enhance the legendary sports car’s aerodynamic performance.
This year sees the return of the GT-R T-Spec trim which joins Premium and NISMO models, as well as the revival of exclusive Millennium Jade and Midnight Purple paint colors that pay homage to some of the rarest R34 GT-R models. The 2024 GT-R Premium and T-Spec are rated at 565 horsepower while the 600 horsepower GT-R NISMO delivers exceptional performance drawn from motorsports applications.
Enhancements visible from the exterior include redesigned front and rear fascias, a revised grille, reshaped rear wings, and optimized bumper sides. The modifications allow for an unchanged drag coefficient while delivering an increase in downforce. On the GT-R NISMO, a new swan neck-style rear wing is almost 10% larger than its predecessor featuring a revised front lip and rear diffuser, as well as RAYS forged 20-inch wheels, unique clear coat on the carbon fiber hood, Recaro seats, and exclusive engine cover designs.
For the new T-spec trim, visual differences include special badging inside and out as well as a dark Mori Green finish combining semi-aniline and suede upholstery for the front seats. The 2024 GT-R is equipped with a 3.8-liter V6, 24-valve, twin-turbocharged engine paired with a titanium exhaust system. Standard Bilstein® DampTronic shock absorbers offer three settings for suspension including Normal, Comfort, and R, and the braking system is jointly developed by Nissan and Brembo.
The 2024 Nissan GT-R is set to arrive at select Nissan dealers this Spring while the NISMO variant is set to release in Summer 2023. More information can be found on the Nissan website.
