Zodiac Looks To The Stars With Super Sea Wolf Meteorite
The watch’s stainless steel case gets a space grey DLC coating.
Zodiac is offering a watch with a meteorite dial for the first time as part of its latest collaboration.
Offered in a limited edition run of 182 pieces through retailer watches.com, the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Meteorite features a dial made from a Muonionalusta Meteorite, that crashed into the earth in Sweden’s Norrbotten region around 800,000 years ago.
The watch’s 40mm stainless steel case has been given a space grey DLC treatment for a darker finish, complementing the iron and nickel meteorite’s unique patination and pairing well with its bright orange chapter ring and accents.
Secured on a brushed five-link space grey stainless steel and powered by an STP 1-11 automatic movement, the Super Sea Wolf Meteorite is also water resistant to 200m.
The Zodiac Super Sea Wolf Meteorite drops on September 26 via watches.com, priced $1,795 USD.
