New Balance 550 "Black Gum" Has Surfaced
Expanding to the sleek, all-black colorway for the popular silhouette.
The New Balance 550 continues to be one of the most popular low-top silhouettes of the year with the release of an all-black sleek colorway.
This time around, New Balance is releasing a “Black Gum” iteration of the popular model. This shoe is constructed in a mix of materials including leather, mesh and suede materials. The base is made with black leather, while the panels are dressed in suede. The color black is also used to highlight the “N” logo on the side, with minimal hints of grey for the branding. The silhouette sits atop a brown gum rubber outsole to round out the design.
The New Balance 550 “Black Gum” arrives before the end of the year in select retailers and on New Balance for $110 USD.
