PUMA Digs Deep to Re-Release the Weekend OG
Dressed in a timeless chocolate brown colorway.

Need weekend kicks that are durable, timeless and affordable? Look no further than the PUMA Weekend OG. Puns aside, the sneaker is a no-frills throw-on pair that will surely complement your lineup.
Similar to the legendary Clyde silhouette, the lesser appreciated Weekend OG is stripped of the Formstripe for a minimalist look, but retains an all-suede upper that is dressed in a chocolate brown colorway and gold branding at the base. Just beneath, PUMA kept matters fittingly retro with a textured crepe-styled rubber cup sole to add grip, flare and comfortability.
Originally released back in the 1970s, the shoe was designed by Rudolf Dassler’s son as a way to first break into the French market. The PUMA Weekend OG “Chocolate Brown” is available to purchase for an average price of about $100 USD at select retailers, such as Hanon.
Elsewhere, Nike added a second USA-inspired Air Griffey Max 1.
