Following the release of a melted matcha ice cream paperweight, HUMAN MADE reunites with adidas Originals for a special take on its ADIMATIC silhouette. First introduced in 1996, the ADIMATIC skate shoes were a cult favorite among youth in cities around the world. Returning to the scene earlier this year, the ADIMATIC has seen welcome collaborations with skater Jamal Smith and atmos.

Building off of the momentum, HUMAN MADE now offers three fresh takes on the recently revived icon in “Green,” “Gray,” and “White.” Consistent throughout the three iterations are mismatched HUMAN MADE and adidas vertical tongue tabs, suede uppers, defining sawtooth grooves on the thick midsoles, durable gum outsoles, HUMAN MADE heart embroidery on the heel, and two extra sets of widened laces featuring the HM’s “Gears for Futuristic Teenagers” tagline. The “Green” pairs feature a military-inspired colorblocking with cream midsoles while the other two arrive in white.

The HUMAN MADE x adidas “ADIMATIC HM” series will be available on the HUMAN MADE online store July 16, 11 a.m. JST (July 15, 10 p.m. EDT) for ¥14,300 JPY (approximately $103 USD).

Elsewhere in footwear, take a first look at the Mr. Bailey x adidas Originals OZLUCENT.
