Hasbro Introduces Its New NERF "Gelfire" Gel Blaster

After mastering foam darts and balls, Hasbro‘s NERF brand is now turning towards gel blasters with the introduction the new “NERF Pro Gelfire Mythic Full Auto Blaster.” Just like its name suggests, the new toy gun fires gel pellets instead of foam projectiles, giving you more velocity, precision and range.

Aside from full auto, you can also select semi auto to conserve ammo. The pellets themselves are made from hydrated super absorbent polymer rounds using the toy company’s patented technology and burst on impact, meaning you won’t have to pick up your ammunition during your skirmishes in order to reload. The rifle itself carries 800 rounds in the top-down compartment that functions much like a paintball gun and 10,000 projectiles are included in the package too so you’ll have plenty to play with before having to purchase more. The stock itself is extendable for more comfort when you’re aiming and the barrel is removable for more compact transportation or general maintenance. The set also comes complete with a USB rechargeable battery and protective eyewear to keep you safe and sound.
