NO SESSO and Levi's Craft a Unisex Denim Capsule
Fitted with lace-up and zipper details.
Following the release of “Inside-Out” 501 Jeans, Levi’s has now unveiled a debut collaboration with Los Angeles-based label No Sesso. No Sesso translates to “no sex/gender” in Italian and was founded by designer Pierre Davis in 2015 as an inclusive and nonconforming brand that aims to empower people of all colors, shapes, and identities.
For its latest project, the brand reworks four of Levi’s dark-wash indigo pieces found in a cotton and denim weave with contrast topstitching.
Highlighted in the collection are Corset Trucker jackets reimagined with chain stitch embroidery, sleeve fasteners, and lace-up denim corset ties on the front and back. An alternative option includes the Zipper Truckers, offered with functional zipper details along the back and sleeve panels which are adjustable for a looser fit. Rounding out the assortment are bottom pieces featuring zip-off Baggy Jeans which transform into shorts and Straight Leg Jeans with vertical zippered seams.
