Nautica Partners With The Trevor Project To Celebrate Pride Month
Donating $1 USD per item sold from its ‘Pride Collection.’
The Trevor Project is an organization that has stood at the forefront of LGBTQIA+ awareness and empowerment, and for this year’s celebration of Pride, it has teamed up with Nautica on an exclusive ‘Pride Collection’ that commits a financial pledge to the organization.
The collection features a range of T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, polo shirts, and accessories that each incorporate the Nautica brand’s logo. In celebration of Pride, the logo has been adapted to reflect the multi-hued rainbow colorway of the LGBTQIA+ community’s Pride flag, while items such as the 9” short feature rainbow-hued pipe stitching along the sides and back of the product.
As part of its commitment to TTP, Nautica is donating $1 USD per item sold from the collection – through June 30th – earmarking funds for efforts to aid suicide prevention amongst the LGBTQIA+ youth; with Nautica’s sister brands collectively committing a minimum donation of $250,000 USD. Additionally, the brand has tapped notable individuals including Ian Paget, Corey Rae, Mark Kanemura and Haley Faulkner to style and showcase the collection’s range of items.
The Trevor Project x Nautica ‘Pride Collection’ is available now on the brand’s website, with prices ranging from $18 USD to $45 USD.
