Shortly after receiving a closer look, we now have an official look at the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara. Previewed last month, the sneaker style designed by French fashion designer Simon Porte Jacquemus is part of a 15-piece collaborative collection releasing later this month.

“I have always been inspired by vintage ACG pieces and Nike campaigns from the ’90s. Having this imagery in mind, we designed women’s athletic wear with sensuous details and neutral colors, along with my own interpretation of the Humara, my favorite Nike shoe. It was important for the collection to be accessible for all bodies, and to be a natural blend of Jacquemus style and Nike performance,” said the designer.

Coming in two colorways, the Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara features smooth leather and suede mix uppers accented by metallic mini Swooshes. Additional detailing comes in the form of stripped-back banding and Jacquemus branding found on the tongues, heels, insoles and outsoles. The shoes come complete with matching rugged trail-ready sole units and special packaging marking the collaboration.

The Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara is set to release in two colorways alongside the apparel collection on Jacquemus’ website June 28, with a wider release set to take place shortly after.

For more footwear news, G-Dragon was recently spotted wearing the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Kwondo 1 “Panda.
