As the NBA continues to celebrate its 75th anniversary – most recently collaborating with luxury giant Louis Vuitton on its trophy case and capsule collection – the organization is announcing a new joint venture with ESPN, for its “Victory Goggles.”

The newly designed accessory item arrives in gold-covered, large-framed goggles. Done stylishly, the construction of the goggles comprises a gold-accented and mirrored front, with sleek gold trim and a black, stretch-fabric outer band. Additionally, the band incorporates a diamond-shaped emblem with a centered “NBA 75” logo along with ESPN’S logo.

As a prize, the winning team will receive the goggles, which were conceptualized by Arts & Letters Co. and created by Matador Project.

Discussing the partnership, ESPN’s Vice President of Sports Marketing, Emeka Ofodile, said: “We knew we wanted to take our partnership with the NBA to the next level for the 75th anniversary season, and we felt like developing customized victory goggles would be a great touch.”

“It represents the final leg of a long journey for everyone from us at ESPN to fans to the players and staff of the winning team, and we’re looking forward to watching whoever wins celebrate in style,” she added.

Stay tuned to the remaining NBA final games, to see which team walks away with the Larry O’Brien trophy and “Victory Goggles.”

In case you missed it, Swedish shirt brand ETON partnered with Fred Segal for a limited-edition capsule collection.
