OAMC and Graphpaper Mark First Collab With "Critical Optimism" Tees
A few low-key pieces for smart streetwear looks.

OAMC and Japanese clothing label Graphpaper have collaborated for the first time for a small collection of printed tees. OAMC designer Luke Meier has led the charge in fashion for giving streetwear smart and updated looks. Graphpaper’s creative director Takayuki Minami has also done the same with his clean and functional designs.
For the partnership, the duo used Graphpaper’s oversized S/S tee as the canvas for OAMC’s artwork. In a time where loud graphics and allover prints are dominating the T-shirt market, OAMC x Graphpaper offers something understated. Located at the front of the shirt is Graphpaper’s logo alongside OAMC’s in block shapes. At the back, a large grid design is shown with the words “Critical Optimism” printed at the top. There are two color options for the T-shirts — one in black/orange, the other in white/green.
The collaborative pieces will be available in limited quantities on May 28 at Graphpaper’s stores in Aoyama, Kyoto and Sendai. They will retail for 24,200 yen (approx. $190 USD).
In other fashion news, OAMC and Gimme 5 link up for a special edition Peacemaker jacket.
