Swiss watch brand Louis Erard and collector-led microbrand Massena LAB have collaborated for the first time on a new limited edition.

Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Massena LAB is a regulator – hours, minutes and seconds displayed on separate dials – offered in two variations with either 2N gold or rhodium plated textured dials, framed by a circular-brushed flange.

The watches – both limited to 178 pieces – are fitted with blued steel leaf hands, Sellita SW266-1 4Hz automatic movements and a signature Massena LAB crowns.

“A successful collaboration is one that makes sense,” says founder and collector William Massena. “Louis Erard allowed me to mix codes, to cite the classicism of a master watchmaker like Antide Janvier, and to democratise a style that’s usually reserved for wealthy collectors.”

Louis Erard has launched a strategy of accessible limited edition collaborations, starting with Vianney Halter in 2020 and also including Alain Silberstein, Atelier OÏ, Seconde/Seconde/ and Eric Giroud, which has seen the resale value for such models triple at auction.

Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Massena LAB is available now via Louis Erard, priced CHF 3,600 (approximately $3,500 USD).
