Prada Linea Rossa SS22 Is for the Futuristic Athlete

Prada Linea Rossa has launched its Spring/Summer 2022 line. This season celebrate athleticism in the highest form of fashion with a new collection that focuses on fabric innovations and stepping forward into a futuristic world.
The SS22 collection effortlessly plays into the minimal aesthetic that has been made popular since the inception of Prada Linea Rossa in the 1990s. The line’s continued bridge between functionality and high fashion provides luxury wearers a day-to-day alternative to the avant-garde pieces from the Italian label. The collection builds off of Prada’s iconic nylon outerwear collection, including accessories like bucket hat and socks, as well as the fan-favorite America’s Cup Sneakers. Since its resurrection in 2018, Prada has transformed Linea Rossa into a generational necessity with its sophisticated sportswear motif.
The current line is upgraded with modern constructions and materials, highlighting the sleek silhouettes for flexibility-focused garments. The collection, which is derived from bio-ceramic polyester piquet, elevates the functionality of the pieces by maintaining a constant body temperature no matter the outer conditions and activity. The nylon make-up is also intertwined with lightweight, abrasion-resistant material with natural anti-bacterial functions.
The collection was released in a subdued monochrome palette of white, black and reflective silver. The pieces stay true to the signature Linea Rossa aesthetic, emphasizing its multi-functional engineering. Prada Linea Rossa SS22 is now available for online.
