Over the last few years, Nike has saturated the market with countless numbers of Dunk colorways. It’s a wave that will unlikely be stopped in the foreseeable future as the brand continues to bring back throwback “Be True to Your School” makeups and present new collaborations. And while the space may seem slightly repetitive at this point, it’s refreshing when the Swoosh brings new energy to the silhouette by crafting different variations, and that’s where the Nike Dunk Low Scrap comes in.

The model was first introduced back in May 2021 and has been released in a substantial amount of iterations since then, and now it has appeared in a muted “Black/Navy” palette. Navy is the standout tone on this latest installment as it dyes the underlying mesh as well as the dimensional, asymmetrically-cut overlays across the side panels. Smooth leather Swoosh logos, toe boxes, laces and interior lining contrast with a solid black hue, and small hints of baby blue arrive on the exposed stitch stripes which are positioned on the quarter panels. The color combo on this makeup is somewhat similar to the fragment design x Nike Dunk High that was released in Fall 2021.

No release date has been given out just yet, but Nike will likely drop these in the coming months.

In other news, a third Union x Nike Cortez colorway has been revealed.
