Following teaser images released earlier this week announcing the collaboration, Mizuno has now revealed its full Evangelion capsule, displaying uniquely-themed RunBird logos alongside futuristic motifs from the anime/manga series.

The collection consists of T-shirts, embroidered caps, hooded windbreakers, face towels, canvas sun hats, and facemasks. Pieces feature colors and logo designs based on the liveries of Unit-01, Unit-02, and Unit-03 armored mechas from the series. Details include unit number embroidery on the caps, “Current myself is not always right. REACH BEYOND” quote printed on the backside of the weatherproof jackets, and co-branded fabric patches towards the bottom hem of the tees.

The Evangelion x Mizuno collaboration is now available for pre-order on the Mizuno website and will begin deliveries in mid-August. Buyers who purchase merchandise over ¥5,500 JPY (approximately $45 USD) will be gifted a special co-branded mousepad. Full-scale Evangelion figures have also appeared at Mizuno’s in-person stores across Japan to celebrate the occasion. More information for the collab can be found here.

Elsewhere, Bodega SS22 Drop 1 channels the joy of warm weather.
