CELINE HOMME's Summer 2022 "Trekking" Bag Range Has Dropped

Hedi Slimane‘s CELINE HOMME continues to evolve with the release of its “Trekking” bag collection. First seen during the house’s Summer 2022 “Cosmic Cruiser” runway show, the bags borrow their materials and finishing from the world of climbing and the styles that enthusiasts enjoy, as such sporting a technical aesthetic.
For example, mesh, webbing, laces, stretch pockets, padding, metal rings engraved with the CELINE HOMME logo, and nylon working straps and laces all come together on the styles. These include belt bags, a messenger, a “Trekking” take on the Ava, three backpacks in two sizes and constructions, and a nylon phone pouch, and all of them come in either “Khaki” or “Black.”
Without a doubt the best accessory in the range is the “Trekking” backpack, because while it may be practical and the largest piece on offer, it also presents the most technical array of details. However, if you’re looking for something more classic and sophisticated, the “Trekking” Ava is the right choice, as its crescent-shaped body and medium size lends itself well to everyday use.
