Autodromo Pays Tribute to Early '80s Racing With the Group B Series 2 Timepiece

Continuing to expand on its collection of racing-inspired timepieces, Autodromo has now created a model celebrating the early ’80s, hailed by the brand as “the last romantic era of motorsport.”
The new piece comes in the form of its Group B Series 2, a watch that retains the New York brand’s emblematic dial design with a refreshing mint-colored dial striking a vibrant contrast with the yellow indices and markings on its face as well as the three hands extending outwards from a central, black dot. Powering the timepiece itself is a Miyota 9015 automatic movement, encased within a 39mm titanium exterior that extends into a stainless steel integrated bracelet with a gray plated finish. With 40 hours of power reserve, it also comes with 50 meters of water resistance and a handmade aluminum box for collectors.
For those interested, Autodromo’s Group B Series 2 is now available over on the watchmaker’s website for $975 USD.
Elsewhere in watches, Yema has collaborated with Kavinsky on a digital LED timepiece.
