VETEMEMES and Rough Simmons Unite for a Capsule Collection
Tapping Death Grips and Viper the rapper for officially licensed offerings.
Tied by a mutual playful outlook towards fashion, VETEMEMES and Rough Simmons have come together for a reference-filled capsule collection. Drawing from Internet culture and archive fashion, the special six-piece range features officially licensed styles with experimental hip-hop group Death Grips and the infamous rapper Viper.
Standouts include the NLDW Parka and NLDW Sweatshirt, which features the evocative cover artwork from Death Grips’ second studio album No Love Dark Web. Both items feature a sewn-on printed patch with a removable magnetized censorship bar. The parka is also emblazoned with hand-screen printed graphics and the option of a removable liner in vegan fleece. Along with the Viper Hoodie and Hooded Bomber Jacket which both come emblazoned with “VETEMEMES X ROUGH SIMMONS” on the hoods. The hoodie also features a sewn-on printed patch with an oversized wide fit with raglan sleeves.
Rounding up the capsule are two heavyweight cotton jersey graphic T-shirts, the K-On!/AKIRA mashup Bike Tee and Berserk Swordsman Long-Sleeve.
Priced between $65 and $650 USD, the VETEMEMES x Rough Simmons capsule collection will be available February 12, 1 p.m. EDT exclusively on Rough Simmons’s website.
