Medicom Toy Celebrates Nujabes With "FIRST COLLECTION" BE@RBRICK Set

Medicom Toy has revealed a new 400% and 100% BE@RBRICK set celebrating the legendary record producer Nujabes.
Nujabes is often known as the godfather of lo-fi hip-hop, combining jazz and hip-hop elements to pioneer distinct downtempo tracks. Following his passing in 2010, Nujabes’ legacy continues to live on through his music and record label Hydeout Productions.
The upcoming BE@RBRICK set titled “FIRST COLLECTION” pays homage to Hydeout Productions 1st Collection a posthumous compilation album showcasing the artist’s older tracks including “Luv (Sic)” featuring Shing02. The BE@RBRICKs mimic the album artwork with multi-colored painted swirls printed on a solid white base.
The Nujabes x Medicom Toy “FIRST COLLECTION” BE@RBRICKs will be available online on HBX and at the Medicom Toy and YEN TOWN MARKET websites on February 26 for ¥16,800 JPY (approximately $146 USD).
Elsewhere in collectibles, Medicom Toy and Hajime Sorayama unveil a die-cast Iron Man figure.
