Supreme is rounding off the year with a collaborative FW22 collection with Spyder.

American ski-apparel company Spyder, which was founded in 1978 by championship-winning skier and coach, David Jacobs of the Canadian National Ski Team in the 1950s and 60s, aims to bring a refreshed and contemporary look to the sport. Noting the gap in the market for fashion-forward ski apparel, Spyder was born and is now one of the most recognizable brands in the market amongst skiers and winter sports athletes alike. From offering a broadened range of padded ski racing sweaters and pants, as well as racing accessories, Spyder has now entered the world of streetwear, combining the functional athletic structure with streetwear silhouettes.

Continuing to change the face of skiwear and championing the style of modern-day streetwear for the winter season, Spyder joins forces with Supreme to popularize the aesthetic. The collaboration is comfort-focused and brings forward Spyder’s arachnids motifs to classic fleece sweatsuits. Arriving in three colorways – black, blue/red and green/brown – the fleece jackets feature and all-over web-like pattern. Those looking to embody their inner Spider-Man may find the blue/red compelling. Each of the jackets features the “SUPREME” branding in Spyder font on the left chest, while the spider motif is seen on the right pants pocket. Collared L/S Tops featuring a 3D, futuristic web pattern and Supreme branding are highlighted in black, orange and yellow/white. A matching set of Balaclavas in the same hues feature co-branded detailing and the web graphic are also available in this collection.

From the slopes to the streets, the Supreme x Spyder FW22 collaboration will see a global release, available via the streetwear imprint’s website on December 22, 11 a.m. EDT in the United States and December 24, 11 a.m. JST in Japan.

In other fashion news, BBC ICECREAM EU has released new rhinestone-laden capsules.
