17-year-old designer and artist, Offgod, is back with his newest wearable creation — an interchangeable lace lock sculpture that can pair with any laced footwear. The concepts follow the success of his 3D-printed Airpods Max attachments, which started a new conversation in the possibilities of bringing digital art into everyday life through imaginative designs.

The new “Winged Skull Prototype” features a stylized skull lace lock centerpiece and two detachable wings on the sides which can be switched out for other sculptures. Consistent with his previous creations, the design consist of spheres and sharp fluid lines which take elements from the designer’s Bandage Boy brand logo. Thanks to the foldable wings, the sculptures fit on a variety of footwear, as demonstrated on the Bape Stas and Rick Owens DRKSHDW Low-Tops.

Take a closer look at Offgod’s newest prototype below. A deeper dive into the artist can be found in our latest Essentials installment.
