The ‘Kaiju No. 8’ Anime Is Set to Release in 2024

Another teaser trailer for the much-anticipated Kaiju No. 8 anime has been released. In the latest trailer, it’s confirmed that Production I.G will be heading the animation. Known as one of the leading animation companies in Japan, Production I.G is famed for its impeccable production values and consistently high-quality animation. The studio also has a penchant for the sci-fi and action genres, which is evident in its portfolio of popular titles such as Attack on Titan, Ghost in the Shell, and Psycho-Pass.
Although brief, fans finally get to see the titular Kaiju in its animated form in the latest teaser trailer. Additionally, all monster designs in the anime will be created by Studio Khara, the legendary team behind some of the Neon Genesis Evangelion movies, as well as Shin Godzilla and Shin Ultraman.
As of yet, no official launch date has been announced, but based on the teaser, the anime adaptation of Kaiju No. 8 is scheduled to premiere sometime in 2024. In the meantime, you can watch the latest teaser trailer above.
