BILLY's and Vans' "Animal Pack" Celebrates the Year of the Rabbit
Featuring classic footwear and reversible jackets.
Vans and select sneaker retailer Billy’s Tokyo have teamed up once again for an exclusive capsule titled “Animal Pack,” paying homage to the “Rabbit” zodiac ahead of lunar new year celebrations. Highlighted in the series is a custom faux-rabbit-fur fabric made using precise inkjet printing.
The camouflaged prints featuring natural sail and brown hues are strewn across the uppers of Vans’ classic Authentic and Slip-On footwear as well as reversible jackets featuring adjustable drawcord hems and a smooth gloss-black fur flipside. Rounding out the series are mid-top hairy leather Chukkas in “Black” and “Brown” featuring white rubber sole units and red Off The Wall heel banners.
The BILLY’S x Vans “Animal Pack” is now available for pre-order exclusively on BILLY’s website. Shipping and the in-store release are scheduled for December 16. Prices range from ￥9,350 JPY for the Authentic and Slip-on sneakers to ￥19,800 JPY for the reversible jackets (approximately $68 to $144 USD).
