Looking toward the holiday season, Universal Pictures is now gearing up for the release of Violent Night. Starring David Harbour as the real Santa Claus, Father Christmas interrupts a robbery in progress while delivering presents.

Taking matters into his own hands, Santa fights off the intruders with exploding pieces of coal and Christmas ornaments fashioned into sharp weapons. Despite the thieves initially questioning the true identity of the hero, they soon come to realize they are messing with the real Santa Claus.
