Craghoppers’ FW22 Collection Is All About "Day Trippin’"
Using a ’90s-inspired color palette.
Yorkshire-based outerwear brand Craghoppers has just presented its latest collection for Fall/Winter 2022. The collection is titled “Day Trippin’,” and it comes hot on the heels of the brand’s recent “Podium People” drop — which was a capsule that tilted toward a pastel-like color palette and incorporated darker sprinkles to represent the breezy colors that are associated with the winter season.
However, for this latest collection, Craghoppers has taken inspiration from the coast as the campaign takes a trip down to a beach in Pembrokshire as we follow four friends who intend to show how outdoor life is always better with those closest to you. For the garments, Craghoppers has opted for a warmer color palette this time around — with some styles taking similar hues from popular ’90s styles, such as the vibrant bicycle shorts that were famously spotted on Princess Diana over a decade ago.
Colors aside, collection highlights include the Dustin Jacket which is crafted AquaDry technology and a EcoShield DWR outer that is designed to withstand the winter’s windy and rainy elements. Other stand-outs come in the form of the Teton Overhead which comes with a dazzling winter pattern and is made from partly recycled materials. Rounding off the drop, Craghoppers has also included a variety of accessories, T-shirts, and waterproof trousers.
You can take a closer look at the “Day Trippin’” collection from Craghoppers above and it is available now on the brand’s official website.
