Following its debut Fall/Winter 2021 collection, the Japanese label Tamme — founded by sacai’s Tatsuya Tamada –unveils its Spring/Summer 2022 lookbook. The latest season continues the theme of the FW21 collection with new elements for warm weather.

With the concept of “Update Existing” and influence from the Royal Air Force, Tamme puts a modern twist on classic designs through reconstructing military uniforms. Extending the concept, “existing” items are reconfigured with new elements from multiple angles to create “updated”, contemporary silhouettes. While military items are tailored from high-quality wool, tailored items are functionalized through techwear details, combining nostalgia and innovation.

Stay tuned for more on Tamme’s Spring/Summer 2022 collection, which is set to release on the official online store and select stores in the beginning of February.
