HIP Taps Paraboot For Two-Piece Footwear Collaboration
Contemporary spins on timeless classics.

Leeds-based menswear store HIP has teamed up with French shoemakers Paraboot for a footwear collaboration centered around two of the latter’s signature silhouettes: the Michael and Reims Loafer.
Founded in 1908, Paraboot’s esteemed reputation for crafting premium everyday footwear is second to none. Centered around “authenticity, quality and charm for a true and natural product”, the brand’s dedication and loyalty to traditional techniques means every one of its products is both hand-cut and hand-stitched.
Wary of keeping things as honest as possible, HIP went about keeping things subtle. Premium cowhide, brushed suede and pebbled leather from the Paraboot factory just outside Grenoble by the Alps, were added to each silhouette, resulting in a textured yet tonal make-up ready for both formal and casual occasions.
The HIP x Paraboot collaboration is set to drop on February 4, 8am GMT, via the HIP webstore.
