The latest collaboration from HYPEBEAST — and first official watch release — is a vintage-inspired version of Timex’s workhorse M79 watch. In keeping with the watch’s intended use as a tool watch for everyday wear, many of the watch’s signature features were kept intact while minor tweaks were added for further enjoyment.

Designed for a wide range of watch enthusiasts, from those just starting their watch collection to seasoned collectors, this reliable mechanical timepiece is ready to accompany you on your next adventure.

This watch features vintage-inspired colors which are a direct reference to the “happy accidents” from the ‘50s – ‘70s where the paints that were used resulted in a number of imperfections when exposed to UV light from the sun over a long period of time. The collaborative M79 now sports a bi-lingual date wheel, a simplified “ 6,” “9,” and “12” dial, an H-link bracelet, and are individually numbered to 500 pieces.

Look for this limited watch to drop on January 12, 9;00 a.m ET at HBX for a price of $299 USD.
