Samsøe Samsøe Returns With FW21 GORE-TEX Capsule
Stripping back to the bare essentials.
Danish fashion label Samsøe Samsøe focuses on core GORE-TEX technologies in its new Fall/Winter 2021 collaborative capsule, marking the third collection with the material tech innovator.
GORE-TEX Infinium “Comfort and Performance” and GORE-TEX “Guaranteed to Keep You Dry” are the two lines that make up Samsøe Samsøe’s new season capsule, both equally representative of the technical calibre in the collection. Captured in a series of 3D campaign videos by digital artist Yilmaz Sen, animated models showcase the withstanding nature of the head-to-toe collection as they resolutely batter the tempestuous weather conditions around them.
Coats and jackets, such as the “Thijs” for men and “Mist” for women, promote water-repellent properties, while other GORE-TEX accessories include mitten like gloves, bucket hats and bags. Keeping true to Samsøe Samsøe’s Scandinavian aesthetic, each item has a minimal design with muted colors of khaki, beige and black.
