Announced last month, the Japan-themed Nike Air Max 95 is seeing a stateside release towards the end of September. The highly coveted silhouette boasts a “Smoke Grey” colorway with hints of red and subtle Japanese elements.

Stitched in its famed wavy uppers with a top to bottom gradient scheme from dark gray to white, the design opts for a white toe cap and tongue with the center lace loops taking on a foggy gray hue. Pops of red embellish the Nike Air Max tongue branding, outer lace loops and mini Swoosh found on the lateral heel. Highlighting the shoe are Japan-inspired patterns debossed on the heel through monochromatic Seigaiha graphics and a red cherry blossom floral pattern found on the black insole. The red Air units are wrapped in a fresh white midsole and sealed off with a black rubber outsole.

Retailing for $180 USD, the Nike Air Max 95 “Smoke Grey” is set to release on September 22 at select retailers and Nike’s official website.
