Continuing on its commitment to churning out real actual food, Burger King hit a new milestone as it permanently banned 120 artificial ingredients and more from its food menu across the stateside. Throughout the years, the burger chain has been working on removing colors, flavors, and preservatives from artificial sources as much as possible without compromising the authenticity of favorites.

In celebration of its efforts, Burger King has just launched the Keep It Real Meals with the likes of Nelly, Anitta and Lil Huddy to debut a few new menu items that are worth every bite. Starting off with Nelly’s Cornell Haynes Jr Meal, the classic flame-grilled Whopper is loaded up with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo and ketchup that comes with small fries and a small Sprite. Anitta’s Larissa Machado Meal is an Impossible Whopper topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard that comes with the same fries and drink. Lil Huddy came up with a more adventurous offering dubbed the Chase Hudson Meal composed of a hand-breaded Spicy Ch’King with cheese, four-piece mozzarella sticks and a chocolate shake to cap it all off.

“We know our guests’ expectations are changing, and they want to make choices they can feel good about,” said Ellie Doty, Chief Marketing Officer of Burger King North America. “By banning these 120 ingredients from our food, we’re offering guests an easy choice – delicious food made with quality ingredients.”

The Keep It Real Meals are now available at participating Burger King branches nationwide. Fans can also cop one of the meals for as low as $6 USD by signing up for Royal Perks through the BK app or Burger King’s website.
