SEALSON Reveals a Dystopian Short Film For its Third Season
The Taiwanese bag brand’s vision for its latest collection.
Taiwanese bag design brand SEALSON has released a dystopian short film to further illustrate the concepts presented in its third season of futuristic and functional products.
The film is set in the planet Kepler-1649c in the constellation of Cygnus, a distant world that humanity migrated to due to overdevelopment on Earth. However, due to a failed biotech experiment carried out by the colonial government, the surface of the newfound planet becomes too polluted, and survivors are forced underground. As the centuries pass, underground dwellers become unaware of the beautiful places their ancestors once resided. A group of individuals searching for the truth are the last hope for humanity and are called by the name: “The Seekers.”
The brand worked closely with AGE Creative Studio and director Xi Jiurong to create this short film. Through these scenes, the brand hopes to inspire imagination for the future and convey themes of “functional evolution and reconstruction” in its products.
