The lifestyle category for New Balance is among the most prosperous across the entire sneaker landscape, and it continues to perform well thanks to its output of on-trend silhouettes and versatile colorways. And to keep this run going, the Boston sportswear company is digging into its archives to bring back two variations of the dad-friendly New Balance 725.

The chunky offering has been unveiled in a duo of new colorways including a “Beige” and “Dark Gray”. The former is the more versatile of the bunch as leans on a neutral-toned presentation. Synthetic underlays are dialed to an ivory-esque hue and come chiseled with zig-zag patterns along the mid-foot. Sitting on top of this are abstract nubuck overlays that are whipped up with “Beige” pigment. Bottom units are also presented with more “Beige” exteriors and come contrasted with a silver ABZORB mold on the lateral heels.

Its release sibling lands on the darker side of the spectrum. Upper halves and the sole pieces alike alternate between dark and lighter shades of gray, the former of which is far more prominent as it coats the overlays and midsoles. Additionally, tiny hits of red are sprinkled to the tongue’s “N” logos and insole branding as well as the first set of eyelets.

Both options are available right now via atmos for ¥ 9,000 (approx. $82 USD)
