HBO Max has dropped the first full trailer for Season Three of Titans, which seems to confirm the death of a major character.

As hinted at by the teaser trailer, it seems that the second Robin aka Jason Todd (Curran Walters) meets his demise at the hands of a crowbar-wielding Joker.

Todd’s death prompts Bruce Wayne (Iain Glen) to retire as Batman and Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) to consider taking on the mantle of the bat, while the Titans reform to counter the threat to Gotham posed by new villain, Red Hood.

Mad Men star Vincent Kartheiser also joins the cast as Scarecrow, who acts as a Hannibal Lecter-like consultant from behind the bars of Arkham Asylum. Titans Season 3 debuts on HBO Max on August 12.

In other entertainment news, hitmaker studio A24 explored sale valuing it at $3billion USD.
