Nike's Omnipresent Dunk High Appears in New Tie-Dye Colorway
With an interesting mix of muted and vibrant tones.

Nike‘s parade of Dunk Low and Dunk High styles is rolling right along this summer, and we’ve been treated to a first look at one of the high-cut Dunks that’s set to release in the coming months: a bold, tie-dyed makeup. Though most tie-dye sneakers feature a cornucopia of swirling colors, this pair opts for a two-tone pattern and a brightly-colored base to provide its own unique look.
A blotted black and gray tie-dye pattern appears on the mudguards, eyestays, collar flaps and heels. It’s offset by a light pastel yellow on the toeboxes, quarters and collars, making for an interesting interpolation of muted and vivid tones. Swooshes are done up in black leather, while tongues are made of a light pastel yellow nylon and feature hits of red and black on their white Nike Sportswear badge. Midsoles offer a darker yellow tone for an aged look, while black laces and black outsoles round everything off. The shoe also comes with yellow laces to satiate wearers who desire a different type of contrast.
At the time of writing, an official release date or pricing information for this tie-dye Dunk has yet to be announced. However, it’ll likely hit retailers sometime later in 2021.
